1 tbsp cooking oil

75g rice

100g mushrooms

50g cooked green beans or frozen peas (defrosted)

50g sweetcorn (about ½ a tin)

375ml (3/4 pint) hot water

1 chicken stock cube

salt and pepper

1 tbsp Worcester sauce

Plus a container with a lid

 

All vegetables can be swapped for something else
