Local artist works with Year 7

Mrs Margaret Davies, an ex Sandfields Teacher returns to complete a masterclass in watercolour techniques with 7.5. Mrs Davies has her own studio where she paints using a variety of mediums. The class are developing their own paintings of animals under her tuition.

Art and Design Residential Weekend Course at Dan Y Coed

Year 10 and 11 participated in a GCSE Art Coursework Weekend at the Day Y Coed Educational Centre Swansea. During the weekend they completed extra compositions in a variety of art mediums. Some excellent work was produced and everybody enjoyed the weekend.
