Your next recipe is:

 

Spanish Omelette (serves 4)

45ml/ 2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 red onion (or white will do),
approx. 350g/12oz cooked new potatoes, (can use tinned)
75g/3oz chorizo sausage, (or use pepperami or ham  or  bacon)
6 eggs (large or medium)

 

Optional – up to 100g cheese, 1 red pepper

 

You also need a large plate to take it home on and bring a teatowel to cover it.
