Chocolate log 1 plain swiss roll ( not too long) 1 foil covered cake board or piece of card 100g soft margarine or butter 225g icing sugar 50g plain chocolate or 25g cocoa powder Decorations if wanted. |
Gingerbread biscuits (Can leave out the ginger for really nice plain biscuits) 350g plain flour 175g light soft brown sugar 100g butter 1 large egg 4 level tablespoons of golden syrup (60ml) 1 level teaspoon bicarbonate of soda 1-2 level teaspoons of ground ginger (optional) |
