During year 10 pupils will focus on study
skills, careers and work related education. They will continue to log their
achievements and evaluate their academic progress using Progress File.
During the spring and summer term they will prepare for and complete a work
experience placement outside of school. Pupils will also spend several
lessons thinking about the way they learn and how to prepare for key stage
4 examinations. Pupils will also study topics such as; enterprise, illegal
drugs, the government, sexually transmitted diseases and environmental
issues.
